Terms and Conditions

Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements, orders, and transactions between the customer and Genuine Feet. These terms apply to customers located in the United Kingdom only.

Orders and Agreements
2.1 By placing an order with Genuine Feet, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.2 Genuine Feet reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders without stating a reason.

Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
3.3 Genuine Feet reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders already placed will be invoiced at the prices at the time of order.

Delivery
4.1 Delivery of orders takes place at the address specified by the customer within the stated delivery times.
4.2 Genuine Feet is not liable for delays in delivery that are beyond our control, such as delays with the courier service or customs clearance.

Retention of Title
5.1 Ownership of delivered products is only transferred to the customer after full payment has been received.

Returns Policy
6.1 See Genuine Feet's returns and refunds policy for the conditions regarding returns and refunds.

Liability
7.1 Genuine Feet is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the delivered products.
7.2 The total liability of Genuine Feet is limited to the amount of the order.

Disputes
8.1 For customers in the United Kingdom, UK law applies to all agreements between the customer and Genuine Feet.
8.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the United Kingdom.

Changes
9.1 Genuine Feet reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
